Grower's Note: a rare, slow-growing tropical plant native to the Kapuas Hulu area of West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Known for its striking dark foliage, it is primarily grown as a collector's item.

Care Requirements:
Humidity: 90% - 100% Obligate terrarium plant. Will wilt or crisp quickly in ambient room humidity. "
Light: Bright, indirect or filtered light.
Temperature: 18-26C
Watering: Water only when the top 1–2 cm of soil feels dry. It is sensitive to overwatering and prone to root rot.
Substrate: "We recommend Begonia Ladies Premium Begonia Substrate - it's what we grow our own plants in! Thrives in a consistently moist mix with ingredients such as akadama and pumice to hold and slowly release moisture, preventing a soggy bottom."
